i was impressed with the readily available assistance from the staff. ms. nadia helped us find excellent day trip packages to nearby cities (very convenient!). the receptionist, yassin, was consistently professional and helpful.
the seating in the foyer seemed a bit dated.

the hotel is conveniently near the train and bus stations. it is also very close to numerous cafes and restaurants (everything is within a few minutes' walk). accessing the medina is simple via bus number 1.

the breakfast offered many choices. i especially enjoyed the omelettes, made fresh to order each morning. i found the food quality to be consistent throughout my visit.

I found the location quite convenient. it was very close to the train station. the staff were helpful and cute. They constantly cleaned tables and made beds.
the gym equipment was not up to standard. machines were broken. the food selection at breakfast and dinner was limited, and i found the quantity and quality lacking

The hotel is near the train station. This made arrival and departure easy. The staff was friendly, especially Yassin at the reception, he was polite. I found nice places for breakfast and local food next door. This provided convenient dining options.
The room I was given had a slight odor coming from the bathroom.

My room was clean and well-organized. I had no issues with the balcony and the room was spacious enough. Daily cleaning service kept the space tidy, this helped maintain a comfortable environment.

The reception staff was very helpful. Staff organized a taxi to the airport. Lila at reception was particularly pleasant. Another staff member made lovely omelets.
